We offer filtering technology for cold and hot pressed vegetable oil for both small and industrial scale production.  For small capacity operations we offer frame type filters, while for large or industrial scale operations the most suitable are vertical leaf filters.

Frame type filters

These filters are available with interchangeable mud frames and frames for fine filtering or in combination of these two for pre- and fine filtering in the same pass. Filters are made of stainless steel along with cavity pump and armatures mounted on the filter base.Frame filters are available with with 20x20 , 40x40 and 60x60 cm size frames. AThe filter can be used for pre- and fine filtering of vegetable oils by means of interchanging filter frames. Capacity of the filters ranges in 50-300 l/hr depending on the size and number of frames mounted on the filter base. 

Vertical leaf filters

Vertical leaf filters are available with stainless steel wire mash filter segments as well as automatic or mechanical filter sequence control. These filters are delivered with a custom-made support system, compressed air supply system for cake drying, vibrator and butterfly valve for the cleaning of the equipment.  The filters are equipped with the customer's choice of filter sequence control.
